Lauren went behind the scenes with Sammy Hagar during his current “Sammy Hagar and Friends” residency at The Strat in Las Vegas. Albeit a short visit before the show, however she did get the scoop on his new, upcoming album.

Keeping with his well-known Cabo-vibe, every night’s show is its own unique party. He wanted to bring that Cabo feel to Vegas and it looks like, so far so good. Each night Sammy welcomes different long-time musician friends to the stage for a full palette of music. Not just Sammy’s tunes from his Van Halen, Montrose, Chickenfoot, Circle or solo days, but pretty much anything he and his guests choose to perform. Bandmates and guests like Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham, Bob Weir and Stephen Pearcy make for an almost “anything goes evening.”
