A new study has revealed the most popular movie stars of 2023, with “Barbie” actress Margot Robbie taking the top spot. NoDepositRewards.com compiled a list of actors who starred in the most notable films released in 2023, and analyzed their Instagram follower count, Google search popularity and box office earnings, to reveal the most popular stars in the U.S. Each actor was then awarded a popularity score out of 100 based on how they performed across the three key categories.
Taking the top spot was Margot Robbie, with a total score of 93.8 out of 100. The actress attracted a huge 2,661,300 Google searches on average per month and grossed over $1,469,000,000 at the global box office in 2023 — making her the winner, despite not having an Instagram account.
