Metallica in 3D !

One of my ALL time favorite bands, METALLICA has a new project this year.  But not a new album.  It’s a 3D MOVIE titled “Through The Never” and it sounds amazing.  This is NOT a concert vid.  This will be an ACTUAL movie in what I can only assume is an apology for the St. Anger album.    A young actor named Dane DeHaan stars as “a young band crew member who is sent out on an urgent mission while the band is playing a rousing live set in front of a sold-out crowd, and unexpectedly finds his world turned completely upside down.”

 

Swweet.

 

Filmmaker Nimród Antal, whose credits include the 2010 film “Predators,” wrote and directed “Metallica Through The Never.”  Berney adds Antal and the band have created a film that “captures the spirit of Metallica and their millions of loyal fans.”

 

Count me in!
